What they won't tell you about this
This hotel features a vibrant atmosphere with clean, modern rooms and an inviting lobby bar full of fun activities like board games. The staff is friendly and accommodating.
Noise level is concerning with thin walls leading to disturbances at night. Some rooms also have an unpleasant chemical smell that could be overwhelming for sensitive guests.

The hotel has a great atmosphere, with clean rooms and helpful staff. The shower pressure was weak, and housekeeping could improve on cleaning as pet hair was found in the room. It’s a comfortable place near UTSA.

The modern flare of the hotel was appealing, highlighted by the friendly staff who enhanced the cute atmosphere. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room , and the fun touch of game tables added a unique social aspect. Only having hot water in the bathroom was inconvenient, and the lack of daily room service was a downside as I wasn't informed about needing to request coffee refills. These details slightly overshadowed an otherwise enjoyable experience.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
The kids loved the vibrant decor and the comfort of the Double Queen Room. A microwave would have been a helpful addition, especially with little ones around. I also recommend ensuring more soundproofing between the shower and toilet for privacy.
